Iron as Carbonyl Iron equivalent to 65 mg of elemental Iron
Vitamin C as Sodium Ascorbate 35 mg

Dose 
Take one tablet per day or as directed by the treating physician. Take between meals, do not take other products containing Iron without your doctor advice
